It is with great disappointment we announce that we will be suspending all events at Greenway Court Theatre, operation of the Melrose Trading Post and student programs temporarily in accordance with LAUSD regulations and California advisories about COVID-19.

This includes our Tuesday night event, Da Poetry Lounge, and our much anticipated 4th Annual LA Get Down Festival this April.

This decision was not made lightly but, while we currently have no knowledge of anyone affected by the virus at Greenway or Fairfax High School, it is essential that we follow precautionary COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of all of our patrons and help “flatten the curve”. We hope to reschedule our Get Down Festival for July or August, and to commence with our regular programming as swiftly as possible.

This is a challenging time for everyone we encourage you to reach out to your friends and family in the arts and check in on them. Now, more than ever, our community must support each other.

We greatly look forward to seeing you all soon. But until then, please prioritize your health and reach out to those most impacted by these events. We will see you all on the other side very soon.
