Greenway Institute for the Arts has officially wrapped up the Spring 2024 semester!

During the first weekend of May, Fairfax’s Theatre department premiered Mamma Mia. Greenway’s after school teaching artists led music and dance rehearsals to help students prepare for the performances.

Greenway Institute for the Arts has assisted in the hiring of 10 new student workers to the Melrose Trading Post’s Operations team! These students are participating in the MTP Level Up Program, where they will receive professional development training from Greenway Institute of the Arts.

Finally, we wrapped up our after school programming and hosted a celebration for the end of the year commemorating our graduating seniors. In this video, this year’s students shared what they love about Greenway. Congratulations to the graduating class of 2024!

GIA is working on planning for the next school year, including this fall’s Greenway Reads production in collaboration with Greenway Court Theatre. We can’t wait!
